Licensing

Context

The project is hosted in a public repository for transparency and ease of deployment (GitHub Pages). However, the core logic and concept are proprietary intellectual property.

Decision

Apply a Strict Proprietary License (All Rights Reserved).

Rationale

• Transparency vs. Ownership: I want the community to see the process and the integrity of the build, but I do not authorize the cloning or commercialization of the engine.
• Security: Preventing unauthorized forks helps maintain the "single source of truth" for the TrustVote AI platform.

Consequences

• Every file should ideally contain a copyright header.
• Third-party contributions will require a Contributor License Agreement (CLA) if ever opened for collaboration.
